International Workshop on Continuum of Care for Older Persons

The International Workshop on Continuum of Care for Older Persons, organized jointly by IAGG and the Federation of Korean Gerontological Societies (FKGS), will be held on June 26, 2014. The workshop will discuss continuum of care for older persons from various perspectives, ranging from medical to community care settings. The workshop is composed of three sessions, which include presentations and group discussions. The details of the program is as follows:

Session I.  Models of Continuum of Care for Older Persons in terms of Effectiveness and Efficiency
