During the European Congress on Obesity (ECO2012), IAGG will organize a joint session with the European Association for the Study of Obesity (AESO) on a topic related to obesity in elderly subjects. The scientific programme of the congress features five key scientific tracks: Environment and Prevention - Epidemiology & Intergenerational including “Ageing or Obesity in the Elderly” - Integrated Biology & Inter Organ Crosstalk  - Genes, Molecular & Cellular - Mechanisms - Clinical Practice & Multi Disciplinary Management.

The 12th International Stockholm/Springfield Symposium on Advances in Alzheimer Therapy is scheduled on May 9-12, 2012 at the City Conference Centre (Folkets Hus), Stockholm, Sweden. It will have a strong focus on new and future pharmacological therapies of Alzheimer disease.
